OZARK… Mr. Allan P. Wright, a resident of Ozark, died late Wednesday morning, September 1, 2021, in a Dothan hospital. He was 54.
Celebration of Life Services will be held at 6:30 P.M. Tuesday, September 7, 2021, in Ozark First Assembly of God Church with Pastor Brian Presley and Pastor Matt Sasser officiating. Fuqua Bankston Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Due to COVID 19, there will be no visitation, only the Celebration of Life service.
Allan was born June 25, 1967, and was a lifetime resident of Ozark. He was a 1985 Graduate of Carroll High School in Ozark. Allan was formerly employed with Gulf Ice, now Reddy Ice, in Ozark for many years and was most recently employed with the City of Ozark. He never met a stranger and was kind to all. Allan was a member of Ozark First Assembly of God Church. He was preceded in death by his father, Gerald Wright; brother, Forrest Wright; grandparents, Ted and Edna Wright and Oscar and Bertha Parr; sister-in-law, Cheryl Thompson Pollard.
Surviving relatives include his wife, Angel Thompson Wright; daughter, Khloe Simmons; mother, Joy Parr Wright; sister, Kim Winslett (Philip), all of Ozark; sister-in-law, Kim Wright, Skipperville; mother-in-law, Brenda Gulledge Thompson, Ozark; brother-in-law, Ken Thompson (Allison), Goodman Community; nieces and nephews, Jared Wright (Tamara), Ozark, Julie McDaniel (Brady), Skipperville, Ashley Clement (Paden), Fairhope, Kolten Walker, Skipperville, Clark and Reese Thompson, and Ana Gauidia; great-nieces and nephews, Austin and Logan McDaniel, Breslin Clement, and MacKenzie Wright.
