Arlan Duke

Arlan Daniel Duke, 22, of Ozark, Alabama, passed away on Sunday, April 9, 2023 in a Dothan hospital.

The first of two services for Arlan will be as follows:
Close family and friends are invited to a Celebration of Arlan’s Life from 10 A.M. - 11 A.M. with an open service to follow from 11 A.M.-12P.M. on Saturday, April 15th, at Fuqua Bankston Funeral Home Chapel in Ozark, Alabama.
The second service/ memorial ride will be announced at a later date.

Arlan was born in Ozark, AL, on September 18, 2000, and lived his entire life in Ozark. Arlan loved helping at his grandfather's farm when he was younger, riding motorcycles and being with his family and friends. Arlan also loved fishing and spending time with his favorite dogs, Gracie and Molly. He found his passion in welding and had recently started work as a welder. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Danny Coy Payne.

Arlan is survived his mother, Tara Payne of Ozark; his father, Eric Duke of Ozark; brother, Jeremy Duke of Orlando, Florida; sister, Kyrstie Duke of Huntsville; his grandmother Betty Jo Payne of Ozark and his grandparents Bill and Ellen Duke of Ozark. He is also survived by his uncle Rhett (Christine) Bennett, cousin Owen Bennett, cousin Christopher Bennett, aunt Kelly Bennett, aunt Bettina Duke, niece Hayden Adams, love of his life Sierra McIntire, and best friend Jonathan Short.
