OZARK…. Mrs. Debby Donna Rose Dieter Villarreal, a resident of Ozark, died early Tuesday morning, June 9, 2020 at her home. She was 71.
Celebration of Life Services will be held at 5:00 P.M. Friday, June 12, 2020 in the Earl Bankston Memorial Chapel with Father John Doering officiating. The family will receive friends from 4:00 until 5:00 P.M. Friday at the funeral home. Fuqua Bankston Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Villarreal, daughter of the late William Claire Dieter and Virginia Mae Rochte Dieter, was a native of Risingsun, Ohio. She lived in various locations in the United States and overseas while her husband served in the United States Army. Mrs. Villarreal received her Bachelors’ Degree and Master’s degree in early childhood education from Bowling Green University. She moved to Ozark in 1985 and taught elementary school at Ft. Rucker and later taught in the Ozark City School System at East Gate Middle School, Mixon Elementary School and D.A. Smith School. Mrs. Villarreal was an active member of Our Lady of Loretto Catholic Church at Ft. Rucker and volunteered with the food pantry at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church in Ozark. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend to many.
Surviving relatives include her husband of fifty-one years, Arthur G. Villarreal (1SG, United States Army, Retired), Ozark; two sons, Arty Villarreal (DeLana), Ozark and Andrew Villarreal (Katie), Misawa, Japan; her sister, Nancy Williams, Villa Rica, GA; her brother, Jim Dieter (Judy), Risingsun, OH; eight grandchildren, Zach Villarreal (Mia); Logan Villarreal, Carpenter Villarreal, Madalyn Woodard, Britany Woodard, Anaya Villarreal, Evelyn Villarreal, and Malachi Villarreal; one great-granddaughter, Alayna Villarreal.
