Dell Mark Justice

OZARK…Mr. Dell Mark Justice, a resident of Ozark, died Monday morning, January 8, 2024, as a result of injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident, near Ozark. He was 59.

            Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Sunday, January 14, 2024, in the Fuqua Bankston Funeral Home Chapel with Chaplain Charles Goldsmith officiating. Burial will follow in Tabernacle Methodist Cemetery, in the Bald Hill Community, near Hartford. Fuqua Bankston Funeral Home of Ozark is in charge of arrangements. The family will receive friends from 10:00 until 11:00 A.M. Sunday at the funeral home.

            Mr. Justice, son of the late Coley Justice and Nancy Sanders Burlison and the stepson of late Tebe Burlison, was born in Hamilton, Georgia.  He was a native of Harris County, Georgia and was a graduate of Harris County High School. His secondary education included an Associate’s Degree in Art from Art Instructional Schools and his LPN from Wallace Community College in Dothan. He was currently employed at Southeast Health in Dothan as a Pharmacy Technician.  Mr. Justice was a very talented artist and author having published three books. He was a veteran of the United States Army where he served as a combat medic in Desert Storm. Mr. Justice was a man who truly lived.  That was shown through his many interests and hobbies.  He was a loving man, known for his generous spirit and gift of bringing joy to others.

            Surviving relatives include his wife of thirty-seven years, Debra Riley Justice, Ozark; a daughter, Heather Justice, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; a son, Harvey Allen Justice (Tara), Diamondhead, Mississippi; two sisters, Janie Casey (Wayne), Ozark and Becky Barrall, Atlanta, Georgia.
