Dianne Ramsey

OZARK…Mrs. Dianne Cheshire Ramsey, a resident of Ozark, died early Monday morning, February 28, 2022, in the emergency room of Dale Medical Center. She was 69.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Friday, March 4, 2022, in the Fuqua Bankston Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Dr. Billy Gaither officiating. Burial will follow in Westview Memorial Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10:00 until 11:00 A.M. Friday at the funeral home.

Flowers will be accepted, or memorial contributions may be made to the Ozark-Dale County Humane Society, PO Box 2502, Ozark, AL 36361.

Mrs. Ramsey, daughter of the late Clifton Cheshire and Jean Harnage Cheshire, was a native of Ozark. She was a 1972 Graduate of Carroll High School and attended Montevallo University. Following her marriage to Michael Ramsey, they lived in Germany before moving to Ozark in 1980. She was of the Baptist faith. Mrs. Ramsey enjoyed most of all being a grandmother to her grandchildren.

Surviving relatives include her husband of forty-seven years, Michael Ramsey, Ozark; a son, Kevin Ramsey (Andrea), Evans, GA; two grandchildren, Clifton Wayne Ramsey and Grayson Wayne Ramsey.
