Dorothy Thibeault

OZARK… Dorothy McGinley Thibeault, age 63, a resident of Ozark, passed away on Sunday August 07, 2022, in a Dothan hospital, after a brief illness.

In keeping with the wishes of the family, there are no public services planned at this time. Fuqua Bankston Funeral Home of Ozark is in charge of arrangements.

Dorothy was born and raised in Mobile, Alabama and moved to California for a while where she lived in Los Angeles and San Francisco. She later moved to Mobile to Ozark making that her home. Dorothy was an avid animal and art lover and loved the outdoors.

She was preceded death by her mother Mary Kathryn Stapleton, stepfather Joseph B Stapleton, her biological son James Robert Woodham (Robbie) who was raised by Randy and Linda Nobles, brothers, David M Sims and Ronnie E. McGinley.

She is survived by her husband Walt Thibealt, her biological son Michael D Stapleton, raised by Joe and Mary Stapleton, biological daughter Tiffany Woodham Davis (Lee) raised by Randy and Linda Nobles, siblings, Walter Sims (Trish), Linda Sims Nobles (Randy), Theresa McGinley Pappas, Pamela Stapleton Hembree (Joe) and many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
