SKIPPERVILLE… Mr. Douglas Woodham, a resident of Skipperville, died Monday morning, April 12, 2021 in a Dothan hospital. He was 48.
Celebration of Life Services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Thursday, April 15, 2021 in the Fuqua Bankston Funeral Home Chapel with a eulogy to be given by his brother-in-law, Steven Coleman. The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 2:00 P.M. Thursday at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family to assist with funeral expenses.
Mr. Woodham, son of the late Jimmy Don Woodham and Christine Ward Hill, was a native of Dothan, Alabama and moved to Skipperville in 2019. He worked in small engine repair and enjoyed working as a bail bondsman. Mr. Woodham enjoyed shooting pool and was an avid Georgia Bulldog Fan. All who knew him, knew him as a kindhearted person. He was preceded in death by his stepmother, Wanda Woodham.
Surviving relatives include his siblings, Lisa Coleman (Steven), Christy Beckett (Justin), LaRhonda Burke (Danny), Gary Lea Woodham (Angie), Charlie Matthew Woodham (Kristey), and James Robert Woodham (Darlene); several nieces and nephews.
