Mr. Kenneth Wayne Enfinger, a resident of Ariton, died Saturday morning at his home. He was 71.
Celebration of Life Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, May 16, 2018 in the Earl Bankston Memorial Chapel with Reverend David Walsh officiating. Burial will follow in Ariton Cemetery. Fuqua-Bankston Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. The family will receive friends from 10:00 until 11:00 A.M. Wednesday at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the donor's choice.
Mr. Enfinger, son of the late Fred C. Enfinger and Alpha King Enfinger, was a native of Colquitt, Georgia. He formerly lived in Grand Ridge, Florida before moving to Ariton in 2003. Mr. Enfinger was retired from the Florida Department of Corrections as a prison guard. He served his country in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War.
Surviving relatives include his two sons, Marty Enfinger (Samantha), Altha, FL and Andy Enfinger (Nichole), Grand Ridge, FL; a sister, Pat Arthur (Howard), Faceville, GA; two brothers, Edward Enfinger (Helen), Bainbridge, GA and Harry Enfinger (Vivian), Colorado; two grandchildren, Brady Enfinger and Kali Enfinger; his best friend, Sheila Paulk and her family that includes her children, Kendra Byrd (Brian) and Rodney Wolfe (Melissa); her grandchildren, Emily, Amanda, Ashley, Bailey, Brock, and Julian and her eight great-grandchildren all of Ariton that loved him dearly.
