OZARK…Mr. Kenneth L. Grantham, a resident of Ozark, died late Tuesday evening, October 22, 2024, in the Ozark Health & Rehabilitation Facility. He was 91.
Private graveside services will be held at Woodlawn Memory Gardens in Ozark. Fuqua Bankston Funeral Home of Ozark is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Grantham, son of the late Preston Grantham and Jimmie Barefield Grantham, was a native of the Bertha Community, near Echo, and has lived in Ozark since 1979. He was a veteran of the Korean War Era having served in the United States Navy. Mr. Grantham retired from Pemco at Napier Field as a Sheetmetal worker. He was preceded in death by his wife, Yvonne Croley Grantham; four sisters, Dot Woodham, Mary Ledbetter, Georgia Pearl Sanko, and Fannie Rae Judah; three brothers, Gerald Grantham, Jimmy Grantham, and Jerome Grantham.
Surviving relatives include his daughter, Lorna Yvonne Tharp, Skipperville; three sons, Chuck Grantham (Sondra), Midland City, Jerome Grantham (Julie), and Shannon Grantham, all of Ozark; six grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, and cousins.
