Mary Wilkinson

Mary F. Wilkinson, a resident of Ozark, passed away Monday, April 3, 2017 at Dale Medical Center. She was 79.

Funeral services will be held 2:30 p.m. Thursday, April 6, 2017 at the Earl Bankston Memorial Chapel of Fuqua-Bankston Funeral Home with Rev. Danny Bynum officiating. A private burial will follow in Woodlawn Memory Gardens with Fuqua-Bankston Funeral Home directing. The family will receive friends from 1:00-2:30 on Thursday prior to service time.

Mrs. Wilkinson was born January 11, 1938 in Webster County, Mississippi to Virgil and Lexie Nicholson Swindle. She was employed as an office manager in several medical practices during her working career. Mrs. Wilkinson has been a resident of Ozark for the past 16 years and was a member of Southside Baptist Church.

She is predeceased by her parents and three brothers, Clovis Swindle, James Swindle and Rayford Swindle.

Survivors include her husband of 62 years, Noel Wilkinson of Ozark; a daughter, Judy Wray of Greenville, MS; a niece, Peggy Clanton of Eupora, MS; two sisters, Zelma Crowley of Eupora, MS and Ruby Slade of Greenville, MS; a host of other nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.

Ask to serve as pallbearers will be Carl Mosley, Jimmy Grimes, Curtis Clanton, Brad Clanton, Bo Wilkinson and Terry Clanton.
