Megan Johnson

SKIPPERVILLE…Megan R. Johnson, a resident of Skipperville, passed away Thursday, February 2, 2023. She was 42.

In keeping with her wishes, there are no services planned at this time. Fuqua Bankston Funeral Home of Ozark is in charge of arrangements.

Megan was born on April 22, 1980, to Lynette and Danny Carver in Montgomery, Alabama. Megan graduated from Prattville High School (class of 1998). She went on to study at Troy State University of Montgomery. In 2019 Megan married Bo Johnson of Skipperville/Ozark, Alabama. Megan gained two stepchildren which she loved and adored (Hank and Marlie). Megan had a passion for the outdoors and enjoyed gardening, fishing, and tending to her animals. She loved to cook out with family and friends and knew the value of a good pair of overalls. She was comical, humble, and loving to those she met. Megan was preceded in death by her father Danny Carver.

She is survived by her husband Bo Johnson (children Hank and Marlie), her mother Lynette Wilson, her brother Daniel Carver, her sister Rebekka Newell (nieces Autumn and Shelby), as well as several cousins, aunts, and uncles.
