OZARK…Mr. Mickey Joe Outlaw, a resident of Ozark, died early Monday afternoon, December 23, 2024, at his home. He was 69.

 Celebration of Life Services will be held at a later date. Fuqua Bankston Funeral Home of Ozark is in charge of arrangements.

 Memorial contributions may be made to Vivian B. Adams School, 2047 Stuart Tarter Road, Ozark, Alabama 36360.

 Mr. Outlaw, son of the late Lowell Lamar Outlaw and Julia Ion Melson Outlaw, was a native and lifelong resident of Ozark where he was a 1973 Graduate of Carroll High School. He was employed with Vivian B. Adams School for twenty-one years and was retired from the Dale County Board of Education, both as the Transportation Coordinator. Mr. Outlaw was employed as a bar tender for the Holiday Inn in Ozark for four years and the NCO Club at Fort Rucker for twenty-four years.

 Surviving relatives include his wife, Shelia Ingram Outlaw, Ozark; six children, Misty Pelham (Kendall), Ariton, Sherry Smith (Val), Enterprise, Billy Myers, Brian Myers, both of Enterprise, Ashley Pagni (Pete), Alaska, and Zachary Reynalds (Keri), Folly Beach, South Carolina; two sisters, Peggy Turner (Dale) and Patsy Kirby (Todd); brother, Rickey Outlaw, all of Ozark; ten grandchildren; one great-grandchild; nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
