OZARK…. Mr. Randall Hill Wrye, a resident of Ozark, died Sunday morning, July 26, 2020 at the home of his mother, Lois Mobley. He was 68.
In keeping with Mr. Wrye's wishes, there are no public services planned at this time. Interment will be in Green Hills Cemetery in Troy, Alabama at a later date. Fuqua Bankston Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Wrye, son of the late Frank A. Wrye and Martha Lois Hill Mobley was born June 01, 1952 in Atlanta, Georgia. He lived there most of his life until moving to Ozark in 2019. Mr. Wrye owned multiple businesses while living in Georgia. He was a volunteer fireman with Clayton County, Georgia. Mr. Wrye was the owner and operator of Randall’s Gym and Fitness Center in Jenkinsburg Georgia. During his time owning a gym, he named world weight lifting champion by the World Association of Bencher and Deadlifters in 2001. He also was the owner of RK Mechanical and was involved in the air conditioning and plumbing business. He was excellent at rebuilding anything. Mr. Wrye lived in Monticello, Georgia and worked in the limosine business. Mr. Wrye was preceded in death by his stepdad, Bill Mobley; a son Joshua Randall Wrye, and a sister Rita D. Brown.
Surviving relatives include his mother, Lois Mobley, Ozark; a daughter, Courtney Wrye Brinson, Jackson, GA; Grandchildren Colton Brinson and Madison Lee, all of Jackson, GA; a grandchild Gage Wrye ; sister Jamie Wrye Morgan, San Francisco, CA.
