OZARK…Mr. Reginald D. Stewart, a resident of Ozark, died Friday morning, March 28, 2025, in Enterprise Health & Rehabilitation Facility. He was 78.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Sunday, March 30, 2025, in Mt. Olive Cemetery, Rocky Head Community. The family will receive friends following the graveside service. Fuqua Bankston Funeral Home of Ozark is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Stewart, son of the late Dinkie Dalton Stewart and Beatrice Godwin Stewart, was a native of Coffee County and has lived in Ozark for the past several years. He was a graduate of New Hope High School and Alabama Aviation College in Ozark. Mr. Stewart retired from Bell Helicopter as a helicopter mechanic. He was preceded in death by his son, Dennis Stewart, sisters, Sue Hussey and Glennie P. Dutton, brother, Dalton Stewart, Jr., nieces, Ramona Bramblette and Rhonda Little, nephews, Stanley Stewart and Stacy Hussey.
Surviving relatives include his nieces and nephews, Ricky Edgar (Carol), Regena Bowden, all of Enterprise, Donnie Hussey, Goshen, Jeff Hussey (Donna), Elba, Becky Grantham (Jerry), Headland, and Steve Stewart, Ashford; his first cousin, Merle Staples, Dothan.
