Roger Emrick

OZARK…Mr. Roger Emrick, a resident of Ozark, died Wednesday evening, December 4, 2024, in the Ozark Health & Rehabilitation Facility. He was 66. 

 Celebration of Life Services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Sunday, December 8, 2024, in the Fuqua Bankston Funeral Home Chapel with Mr. Max Dasinger officiating. The family will receive friends following the service at the funeral home. Fuqua Bankston Funeral Home of Ozark is in charge of arrangements.

 Mr. Emrick, son of the late Carl Milton Emrick and Annie Elizabeth Hagler Emrick Woods, was a native of Barberton, Ohio and moved to Ozark at an early age. He was formerly employed with the City of Ozark for several years. Mr. Emrick was especially proud to be a member of Ridgecrest Baptist Church in Ozark where he enjoyed being in the choir and handbell choir. 

 Surviving relatives include his daughter, Alecia Appling (Rick), Pansey, Alabama; four sons, Bill Emrick (Angie), Easton, Pennsylvania, Aaron Emrick, Nashville, Tennessee, Benjamin Emrick (Ashley), Eufaula, and Spenser Kerr (Destini), Ovilla, Texas; four grandchildren, Adeline Brown, Bailey Gonzalez, Hudson Kerr, and Trey Kerr; many other relatives.
