Sandy Dawkins

OZARK…Sandy Dawkins, a resident of Ozark, died early Wednesday evening, June 26, 2024, at her home. She was 61.

 Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, July 13, 2024, in the Fuqua Bankston Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Chad Ingle officiating. The family will receive friends from 10:00 until 11:00 A.M. Saturday at the funeral home. Fuqua Bankston Funeral Home of Ozark is in charge of arrangements.

 Sandy was born September 24, 1962, in Bangkok, Thailand and was adopted at the age of 11 and moved to the United States. She attended Carroll High School in Ozark. Sandy was formerly employed by Wal Mart in Ozark and was currently employed with the Ozark City Schools as a bus aide. 

 Surviving relatives include her daughter, Tawanna Dawson; father, Burle Dawson, Ozark; sister, Ann Baldwin, Birmingham; two brothers, Paul Dawson (Crystal), Dothan and Clifford William “Billy” Dawson, Texas; three grandchildren, Nadia Flowers, Jasmine Hinton, and Christian Hinton.
