Shirley Frisbie

OZARK….Mrs. Shirley Ruiz Frisbie, a resident of Ozark, died early Monday morning, March 29, 2021 at her home. She was 75.

A gathering of family and friends will be held from 4:00 until 6:00 P.M. Friday, April 2, 2021 in the Fuqua Bankston Funeral Home Chapel with a eulogy to be given by Stanley Carter.

Mrs. Frisbie, daughter of the late Robert Ruiz and Betty Seball Ruiz, was a native of Honolulu, Hawaii and moved to Ozark in 1980. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Tina Michelle Nixon and a son, C.R. Frisbie.

Surviving relatives include her husband of twenty-five years, Clarence Frisbie, Sr., Ozark; daughter, Leah Torrence; three sons, Robert Frisbie, Johnny Cash Frisbie, and Victor Nixon; a sister, Carol Smith; two brothers, Anthony Ruiz and Allan Ruiz; five grandchildren, Joshua, Alyssa, Haley, Rory, and Michael; several nieces, nephews, and stepchildren including her step-son, Andy Frisbie.
