ECHO COMMUNITY… Tanya Faye Renew Hall, a resident of Echo, died Friday evening, May 31, 2019 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident near Echo on Highway 27. She was 39.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, June 4, 2019 in the Earl Bankston Memorial Chapel with Reverend Floyd Ingram officiating. Burial will follow in the Echo United Methodist Church Cemetery. Fuqua Bankston Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. The family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 P.M. Monday at the funeral home.
Tanya was born June 18, 1979 in Ozark, Alabama and lived most of her lifetime in the Echo Community. She was currently employed with Home Goods in Dothan and attended Stonebridge Church of God. Tanya enjoyed being on the farm with the animals especially her goats. She always had a positive outlook on life and lived life to the fullest. Tanya was preceded in death by her father, John Willie Renew; sister, Carol Renew; brother, James Renew.
Surviving relatives include her husband, Benny Hall; three daughters, Shelby Money(fiance’ Aaron Hall), Katie Money, and Abbie Hall; her son, John Michael Hall; her mother, Faye Channell Creel, all of Echo; five sisters, Tammy Smith, Echo; Connie Tillman, Donalsonville, GA; Wanda Shaw (Stuart), Ozark; Dianna Longoria (Rudy), Tampa, FL and Cathy Renew, Tampa, FL; three brothers, Rusty Parker (Terrica) and Bobby Renew, all of Echo and Ricky Renew, Tampa, FL; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives; her best friend, Elizabeth Hickman, Newville.
Serving as active pallbearers will be Patrick Tillman; Chad Tillman; Trey Tillman, Nick Pitts, Josh Renew and Bradley Prickett.
