SKIPPERVILLE… Mr. Bill King, a resident of Skipperville, died late Monday afternoon, September 6, 2021, at his home. He was 42.
In keeping with the wishes of Mr. King, there are no public services planned at this time. Fuqua Bankston Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. King was born October 1, 1978, in Ozark, Alabama. He lived in Skipperville and Tallahassee, Florida before returning to Skipperville several years ago. Mr. King was a graduate of G.W. Long High School and Wallace Community College. He was a Master Technician with Toyota of Dothan prior to becoming disabled. Mr. King was preceded in death by his brother, Daniel Ray.
Surviving relatives include his two sons, Logan King, Tallahassee, Florida and Waylon King, Skipperville; mother, Tewana Kirkland (Tony), Echo Community; a brother, Rex Ray (Melissa), Orange Co., California; mother of his children, Jane Furmell, Tallahassee; nieces, Ashley Ray Gordon (Brock) and Kelsi Ray; several cousins.
